Return and Exchange Policy

At Gharnoug, all products are prepared based on the customer’s request and selected size. Therefore, the customer must review the sizes provided on the website and ensure the correct size is chosen before completing the order.

The customer must follow the care instructions provided with the product.

The store is not responsible for any incorrect size selection based on the customer’s inputs or choices made through the website.

First: Exchange Policy

Customers are allowed to exchange the item to change the size within two days of receiving it, and only once.

Exchange Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition upon receipt.
The product must be unused.
The product must not be scented.
The original tag must be attached and not removed.
The original packaging must be present.
There must be no damage, alteration, or removal in the item.

Exchange Procedure:

The invoice.
Photos of the product showing its condition and the original tag in place.
Specify the required size and length for exchange.

The request will be reviewed, and if the exchange conditions are met, a return shipping label will be sent to the customer.

The customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange process. However, if the delivered product size differs from the customer’s requested size, the store will bear the exchange shipping costs.

The store is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping period.

After receiving the item, it will be inspected by the store to ensure its condition, and then the exchange request will be confirmed.

The customer will be notified of acceptance or rejection of the exchange request with reasons after inspection.

The preparation time for the exchanged item will be the same as the original product preparation time.

Second: Return Policy

The customer may request a return in case of damage, defect, or manufacturing fault within one day of receiving the product.

Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition upon receipt.
The product must be unused.
The product must not be scented.
The original tag must be attached and not removed.
The original packaging must be present.
There must be no damage, alteration, or removal in the item.

Return Procedure:

The invoice.
Photos of the product showing its condition and the original tag in place.
Photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or issue.

After reviewing and approving the request, a return shipping label will be sent to the customer.

Once the item is received, it will be inspected to verify its condition and the reason for return, and then the return request will be confirmed.

The customer will be notified of acceptance or rejection of the return request with reasons after inspection.

If the return is approved, the product amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 days.
